A few days ago, a young woman  spoke to me about an anti wrinkle cream. I have no knowledge about such things but she was convincing. The actual black gold ingredient is Tuber Melanosporum or “Black Truffle”. Truffles are edible spores that grow  on an underground fungus and they can sell for as much as $4,000 per pound.
