Mindfulness versus anxiety medication study.

This one is interesting from November 2022. Both groups had a 20% reduction in anxiety so I would guess big pharma would not be happy with this one. Meditation and mindfulness is a gradual process. Drugs work quicker and easier but I would worry about the long term effects. It is cheaper and easier to try to solve the root of the problem in my opinion.
