What is Senate Bill 124? In 2019, this Ontario bill was passed. It limits wage increases for registered nurses, nurse practitioners and health-care professionals to just one per cent per year! With inflation nearly 10% per year, this is not even close to the cost of living. Don’t be surprised if this thinking comes to your local hospital. Stand together and Be legible!
Update -08-15-22 The annual US inflation rate hit a a 40 year high of 9.1% in June. Time to complain to your senators.
